Delivery and Shipping Policy

 

Bunkartist is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

Shipping within India takes roughly 5-7 working days. International shipping takes around 10-15 working days depending on the location. Sometimes there might be unforeseen delays for reasons beyond our control, like sarees need to be polished or well finished. We will keep you informed.

We offer ‘Free Shipping’ on all merchandise for shipping within India. For international shipping, the shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout.

For certain remote locations in India, our courier / transport partner may levy an additional surcharge for shipping. In such an event, the customer shall have to pay a “remote area surcharge”. The customer will be informed about such a surcharge in advance before completion of the billing transaction.

Kindly note that the delivery times mentioned are indicative only. In rare cases deliveries might be delayed due to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

We offer returns just on items that have an assembling imperfection or that have been incorrectly shipped. The item should be returned in its original state for the exchange or return to be processed. We accept return request within 7 days from the date of product delivery. For raising a request, we need valid unboxing video showing the defect in one go without any cuts or edits.

After receiving the return request, we will verify and provide the refund or exchange of the product within 5-7 business days.

In the wake of accepting your request for a return, we will send you an affirmation mail. Kindly permit us a limit of 7 working days to deal with your request. After receiving the request we will verify and refund your amount in 5-7 business days.
